What is "Artistic Wedding Photojournalism"?

One will not find a definition of “Artistic Photojournalism” in dictionaries or textbooks.  Kimberly came up with the term as it most closely describes her photographic style.

Photojournalism or documentary photography is an objective depiction of events to convey the truth as is happens.

“Artistic” on the other hand, does not necessarily mean objective.  Art implies creativity.  Does it make the term “Artistic photojournalism” a contradiction? In a way . . . While a photojournalist unobtrusively creates a pictorial narrative, an artist renders an aesthetic presentation and reveals originality of the story – the story of your wedding day.

The most invaluable moments of the day are captured through dynamic anticipation and preserved for lifelong memories. The genuine sentiments are insightfully expressed in the images to bring up the emotions of the day for years to come. These visual mementos are weaved into a story of love and beginning.
